This is a nice add-on to your existing red Quiz-Time jumpseats. Just plug MasterBell into the Interconnect jack on your Quiz-Time jumpbox, and every time a quizzer jumps, MasterBell will give a pleasant "tweet". Depressing the Silence Switch allows quizzers to adjust their seats without the buzzer going off.
After using this little device, you'll never want to use your Quiz-Time box without it.
Requires 9-volt battery (not included).

I bought this bell some time back and it came with an Adapter and audio cable. It wasn't a problem for me to find a 9Volt battery. Installing the battery however, took some time as it required a bit of energy to separate the unit and close it back. Thankfully the unit is made of a sturdy metal body and the battery replacement process is a rare one.
That being said, after plugging in the supplied adapter all the way in (like it should fit) the My Quiz-Time (red Box) wouldn't work. After some troubleshooting I found that if I only plugged in the adapter about half way in it worked as intended.
The sound given is a sharp “tweet†and during the testing of lights it can get quite annoying to the quizmaster hearing all those beeps, but that is what the "Silence Switch†is for :-) All in all I am Happy with my purchase and it has added some life back into my box.
